Your reply is wrong. All responses prepared in 2022 have not been published. Your last publication was on 30 November 2022 for July 2022. https://www.dpmc.govt.nz/publications?fi... Please provide all responses prepared in 2022 from August 2022. I will follow up the 2023 responses in September.
From: Information [DPMC]
Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet
Kia ora
Thank you for your follow up email.
DPMC has reviewed your request and we note your request was for those OIA responses which had been prepared or marked for proactive release. As stated in our letter, the OIA responses prepared/marked for publication (prior to receiving your request) are all available online.
We note your reference to the latest publication being in November 2022 for responses prepared in July 2022; however, this is not accurate. Responses from August and September 2022 were published early this year (see links below).
We acknowledge that responses from October to December 2022, are not yet published. I can advise that, as at the time of your request, they had not been prepared for publication - accordingly, they are not within scope of your request. I confirm these are now prepared for publication and will be published soon.
As advised in our previous response to you, we are preparing further OIA response for publication and I encourage you to regularly review our website for the latest publications. You may wish to review the following pages for the most recent publications:
I hope this clarifies our earlier response. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
