Each year, I just copy the previous year's request and alter it slightly but now that you point it out, that is definitely a big error on my part.
I was probably just reading about the FOIA at the time of the first request, accidentally wrote that instead of just OIA and then never noticed since.

Just curious - why do you start the sentence with "Freedom of Information Act" (an American statue) and finish it with the (correct) NZ "Official Information Act"?
