Thank you for your Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) request received on 11 July 2023. I 
wish  to  apologise  to  you  for  the  lateness  of  this  response.  This  is  due  to  an  administrative 
error. You requested:

or marked for proactive release for the following months:

The Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC) publishes responses to requests 
it  receives  under  the  Act  on  our  website,  during  regular  publication  cycles.  Personal 
information  including  name  and  contact  details  are  removed  for  publication.  You  have 
requested  information  about  responses  prepared  for  publication  by  DPMC  for  particular 
months during 2022 and 2023. You can access the responses DPMC has published on our 
website  at:  www.dpmc.govt.nz/publications.  All  responses  prepared  in  2022  are  now 
published  on  our  website.  Our  team  is  currently  preparing  OIA  responses  from  2023  for 
publication. These will be publicly available on our website in the near future. It is anticipated 
these will be published in or before September 2023.  
 
To  locate  DPMC  responses  to  requests  under  the  Act,  select  “Response  to  official 
information request” from the “Publication Category”. You can then select  ‘2022’ and ‘2023’ 
from  the  “Year  of  Issue”  filter,  and  go  through  the  proactively  released  responses  to  select 
the ones that you are interested in viewing.
