Under the OIA, I request a copy of the following

for Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty

1 Number of people on the wait list for a hysterectomy
2 the estimated wait times to have a hysterectomy
3 the method and any policies or procedures used to prioritize the waitlist
4 any process that can be used to get this within another locality faster
