Dear Tertiary Education Commission,

My family got resident visa from 14 March 2023.
My daughter is year11 and she will graduate high school in December 2025.
May she require to enroll university from Feb 2026.
Is there ways enroll first year fees free course from Feb 2026 even 1 month shorter than eligibility ? Or she requires to wait a year to match the 3 years holding resident visa eligibility ?
