I refer to your request of 11 June 2023. The University’s response
follows:

 

“a) How many Law Graduates there were in each year for the years 2020,
2021 and 2022.”

Graduation information is published on the University’s website at

This part of your request is refused under section 18(d) of the OIA, on
the ground that the information requested is publicly available.

“b) How many of those Law Graduates had a Graduating Law GPA of less than
5 in each of those years.”

“c) How many of how many of those Law Graduates had a Graduating Law GPA
of less than 4 in each of those years.”

 

See attached. Note that the statistics requested have been provided based
on the year that the University’s requirements for the award of the degree
were met, not the year the student graduated. The University’s systems
cannot provide these statistics based on year of graduation.

 

You have the right to make a complaint to an Ombudsman if you are
dissatisfied with this response.
