proactive release. We must therefore refuse these parts of your request under section 18(d) of the 
Act. However, in the interests of transparency, please find below a list of papers in scope of your

However, I have checked the MBIE document library and I can only find Parent category 
documents from 2019 and nothing from 2022. 
Could you check if the documents mentioned in the above OIA response were released and can 
you point to the right URL links or can attach them in the response of this OIA request.
