1. I would like to ask about the following MBIE/INZ website

Currently ( 15/03/2024) , this website is showing the data valid at 1 February 2024. and this page has been last updated on February 7, 2024.
Could you tell how often this website ( stats for parent visa ) will be updated? Will it be every 30 days or can you tell about the time period for that ?
When will it be updated next as it was last updated about 5 weeks back?
2, Can you provide the following information in a tabular format starting from July 2023 till December 2024?

a. First column will be Month (from July 2023 till December 2024)
b. Second column will be ---Number of Case officers assigned to work on parent category visa applications or Number of Case officers forecast/planned ( for future months) to work on parent category visa applications

In order for us to respond accordingly to your request we require
further information from you as follows:
For question 2, I understand you are wanting the number of case officers
assigned to work on parent category for the months of July 2023 to
December 2024. You have also asked for specific dates such as July 2023,
10 August 2023, 12,February 2024 , 13 March 2024, 12 April 2024, 18 ( May
2024 , 19. Does this mean you want the number of case officers that were
assigned to parent category on those dates? Or the number of case officers
assigned for the months of July 2023 to March 2024 and then the forecast
for each month from April 2024 to December 2024?
Please respond to this clarification request by 4 April 2024.

Dear INZ OIAs,
Kia Ora Alex, thanks for checking this OIA request. It appears that due to the non HTML/plain format of the FYI website boxes, there appears to be a confusion in the question 2.
In the question 2 I had given a sample response that says for the month of July 2023, ten (10) case officers were assigned, for August 2023, twelve (12) case officers were allocated. etc.
I would like to rephrase the question 2 here
Question 2 :- I want the number of case officers assigned ( including forecast) to work on parent category for the months of July 2023 to December 2024.
2. Also, I would like to draw your attention to my other OIA request . It is delayed. The extension letter mentioned that I would be getting a response by 28 March 2024 but there was no reply on the said date and we are in April now. I have left a note in that OIA too but there is no response.
