The documents in scope of Parts 3 and 4 of your request are currently being prepared for proactive 
release. We must therefore refuse these parts of your request under section 18(d) of the Act. However, in 
the interests of transparency, please find below a list of papers in scope of your request that MBIE will 
make available on our website: 
 
However, I have checked the MBIE document library and I can only find Parent category documents from 
2019 and nothing from 2022. 
Could you check if the documents mentioned in the above OIA response were released and can you point 
to the right URL links or can attach them in the response of this OIA request.

refusing this part of your request under section 18(d) of the Act. We expect they will be made available by 
14 July 2023 and will send you an email with relevant links once they are available. We apologise for the 
delay in the release of these documents.  
 
I am providing you with the remaining two documents you have requested, Briefing 2223-1510 and 2223-
1692. 
 
Please note some information has been withheld under the following sections of the Act: 
  9(2)(a), to protect the privacy of natural persons, including that of deceased natural persons; 
  9(2)(f)(iv), to maintain the constitutional conventions for the time being which protect the 
confidentiality of advice tendered by Ministers of the Crown and officials; 
  9(2)(g)(i), to maintain the effective conduct of public affairs through the free and frank expression 
of opinions by or between or to Ministers of the Crown or members of an organisation or officers 
and employees of any public service agency or organisation in the course of their duty;
