1/ Is the NZ birth certificate a registered security of the stock exchange?
2/ Is/can the NZ birth certificate be used to set up bonds, fiduciary obligations, contracts, ‘power of attorney’, ‘living property’ or foreign situs trusts?

1. The New Zealand government has never used a New Zealand birth certificate to register a security of the stock exchange.
