Any information relating to decisions made at the Cabinet level regarding
the Accessible Streets package that was consulted on in 2020, and that was
going to cabinet in 2022 with a rule change proposed.

In particular I would like to see any minutes of a cabinet meeting that
discussed the proposal.

If these are not available, I would like to see any correspondence between
the minister and officials relating to the Accessible Streets programme
between July 2021 and today. In particular, I am interested in any
correspondence that would show why this programme has not been progressed.
