Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,

Could you please send me information regarding changes or attempted changes of registration or ownership for GKE818 during March 2023

I already did an OIA (OIA-12399) however in my letter I mistakenly put April instead of March, I am interested in changes around 23rd March which are not in the response I received.

I do not need any names.

We sold the vehicle on 23rd March and got the confirmation in the email copied below.

The subsequent correspondence is all to do with reversing this sale.
Can you explain why you have no record of it?

I went to complete a vehicle purchase agreement from the Motor Web information page, but due to the change of ownership having been done already, it doesn’t recognise you as the current registered owner. Therefore it won’t let me print a preceding purchase agreement.

Please take this email as confirmation of the purchase from yourself by me of a 2012 Suzuki Swift Sport Registration GKE818, colour yellow for the sum of $9300.
Payment was made this afternoon into your nominated bank account & ownership has been changed online."

Also in a phone call Call ID: 36267721, 06/04/2023 11:46 AM we were advised orally that

"..the vehicle was taken into the Butler Company dealer network on 23rd March"
Notes on that phone call are
advised trader and dates of transactions ,advsed we recieved notice saying sale fell thr
and MR13C was reversed

Would like details of that sale please.
