I am seeking all materials related to discussions the past and/or present Chair of the EPA had with yourself related to how and why the Board of EPA decided to hold Board meetings jointly with Ngā Kaihautū Tikanga Taiao (NKT) including but not limited to:
1. All documents and communications about the proposal and decision to hold joint meetings of the Board and NKT that were provided to you
2. All communications between the past and present Chair of the Board and yourself regarding the proposal to hold joint Board and NKT meetings
3. Any advice, memos, emails and opinions you received on this matter
4. All meeting notes related to meetings you had with the past and/or present Chair of the EPA
