Government Legislation and Legal Recourse
Chris McCashin made this Official Information request to David Parker
This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Chris McCashin to read recent responses and update the status.
From: Chris McCashin
Dear David Parker,
As attorney general and the Senior Law Officer of the Crown are you able to provide
- Roles, position description and functions of the attorney general
- What law enables the government to mandate a drug that the government knows for certain based on their own information that the drug can and will kill people
- Please provide any and all input reporting the attorney general completed for the Covid emergency laws ensuring our government is operating lawfully
- Please provide the date these laws were gazetted
- Medsafe has confirmed at the time of the approval of the vaccine that they were in receipt of the data in this report https://phmpt.org/wp-content/uploads/202...
- The above report shows in the first 90 days the vaccine was rolled out globally there were over 1,200 deaths recorded
- Medsafe has admitted they had this information so who are the persons responsible
- There have now been two confirmed deaths and hundreds of unexplained deaths as per Medsafe reporting so what legal recourse is available for the unexplained deaths
- Regardless of the fact that the Director General of Health is having to approve exemptions to work - as an example - The Director General of Health has rejected exemptions knowing that heart conditions have been caused by the vaccine. If the General of Health refuses the exemption and the person is forced to take a further vaccine and dies what is the legal recourse available for the persons family
- If an exemption is requested for a pregnant woman and the Director General of Health rejects and exemption what is the legal recourse if the woman was to lose the unborn baby
- Whistleblower documents from the US Defense Force show neurological, birth defects and infertility in Defense Force staff - what legal recourse would be available to someone who is rendered infertile following a vaccine given this is now being made public - I will provide the documents to the attorney general
I look forward to your response to what are the most important issues in our lifetime.
Thanks
Yours faithfully,
Chris
