GST & Disputes Tribunal

Mary Phillips made this Official Information request to David Parker

David Parker did not have the information requested.

From: Mary Phillips

Dear David Parker,

Please explain to me why when I purchase a service from a GST registered Incorporated Society they are able to convince the Disputes Tribunal that they cannot hear my dispute and I need to go to the High Court and seek Judicial Review. If I purchase a service from a GST Registered trader who is not incorporated with the Inc Society the Disputes Tribunal can hear my dispute.

Yours faithfully,

Mary Phillips
