    Dear Auckland Transport,
I have reported on multiple occasions vehicle located on Burton Street, Grafton, Auckland that seems to be abandoned. The offending vehicle has not moved in months and both the Warrant of Fitness and registration are expired.
Based on the perceived inaction to date, I am submitting a request for information relating to any and all vehicles located on Burton Street that have been reported as abandoned in recent times.
Can you provide the following:
How many vehicles have been reported abandoned on Burton Street since the start of 2023?
Action taken to date to establish contact with owners to prompt removal?
Enforcement action taking against abandoned vehicles - how many infringements have been issued in Burton Street to vehicles reported as abandoned since the start of 2023? Please breakdown the number of infringements into categories relating to WoFs, lapsed registration and parking enforcement.
Thank you for meeting your obligations under the LGOIMA.
Yours faithfully,
Jonathan Mee
