Under the OIA I seek copies of any internal guidance documents you have relating to responding to OIA requests.
In particular I seek copies of any guidance documents around the appropriateness or otherwise of waiting 20 working days to respond to information that is available well within that time.
I also seek copies of any documents you hold relating to RNZ modelling best practise in responding to OIA given the nature of the RNZ business.
