Tenancy Tribunal Website Search Issues

Dear Ministry of Justice,
On the Tenancy Tribunal Search help page it states, ‘ The search is not case sensitive. This means that you can enter either uppercase or lowercase letters.’
However this is not true.
For example, I entered the surname ‘Pakau’ in the surname field.
This had one result:
23/06/2020
Yet when I entered it in capitals, ‘PAKAU’ in the surname field,
14/04/2020
Another example is searching Kainga Ora - Homes and Communities.
KAINGA Ora - home and communities
Kāinga Ora - homes and communities
Kainga Ora - homes and communities
All of these produce different results.
My question is whether or not any in Ministry of Justice that are involved in running, updating, and adding to the website are aware of this issue?
And, will there be any future fixes to rectify this problem?
