Thank you for your email of 21 March 2023, requesting under the Official Information Act 
1982 (the Act), information concerning the Tenancy Tribunal website. Specifically, you 
requested:  
 
My question is whether or not any in Ministry of Justice that are involved in running, 
updating, and adding to the website are aware of this issue? 
And, will there be any future fixes to rectify this problem? 
 
Your request has been referred to me for response, as it falls within my responsibilities as 
Deputy Secretary, Corporate and Digital Services and is being managed in accordance with 
the provisions of the Act. 
 
Thank you for bringing this issue with the Tenancy Tribunal’s (the Tribunal’s) website to my 
attention. I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you. This issue was 
unknown to the Ministry of Justice (the Ministry). Our Corporate and Digital Services Group 
is responsible for updating and fixing issues with the Tribunal’s website. They are currently 
working to resolve the issue you have raised.
