Regarding this article, https://www.stuff.co.nz/national/3008343..., Mayor Wayne Brown has made it sound like he personally has analysed the traffic management of Auckland and is personally making decisions on the safety of road workers and the public.
I am requesting the relevant qualifications and certificates that Mayor Wayne Brown has to be making decisions on road safety and traffic management set up, as well as his qualifications to be making traffic management impact analysis.
I also request his analysis of the economic and societal impacts of traffic management he has done for the Auckland region.

 under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.
