Thank you for your request of 12 March 2023 for the following information:
 
Could i please be sent the COVID-19 Technical Advisory Group minutes for
all meetings held from January 2021 to December 2021? 
 
And any meetings held to date from 2023.
 
Please note, I've found responses to previous requests that have minutes
from 2020 and 2022 but haven't been able to find any from 2021.
 
Your request asks for information which is more closely aligned with the
functions of Manatu Hauora, the Ministry of Health.  For this reason, Te
Whatu Ora has decided to transfer your request in full to the Ministry of
Health under section 14(b)(ii) of the Act.  You can expect a response from
the Ministry of Health in due course.
 
Under section 28(3) of the Act you have the right to ask the Ombudsman
