Dear Wellington City Council,

I am making a formal request under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act. This request is made on behalf of the rate payers and stakeholders currently using the Kilbirnie Aquatic Centre Creche.

1. Please furnish full 2013/14 financials for the Creche including breakdown of ratepayer funding, ministry of education funding. Profit and Loss.
2. All 2013/14 council meeting minutes (written or electronic) regarding the closure/sustainability of the creche.
