Usage of bike racks on Metro buses

I would like to know how successful the implementation of bike racks on Metro buses has been. Specifically, can you provide information on the following:

1) The number of passenger trips annually that have used the bike racks.
2) The annual operating costs associated with the bike racks.
3) Any known safety or operational issues that have been raised regarding use of the bike racks.
