Dear Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet,
Please provide a breakdown of the Prime Ministers use of military transport aircraft for international travel, the primary purpose of the travel including destination and date, and the number of non-defense force passengers on board including the prime minister between January 2012 and November 2014.
Where multiple stops are made en route to a destination please provide the above information for all legs flown by defence aircraft.
Finally, please provide any correspondence between the prime ministers office and NZDF or Commercial airlines discussing the development of the business case relating to the decision to travel via military transport or commercial airlines particularly including financial analysis undertaken from any travel in the past 12 months.
