Dear Cody,
Further to my response yesterday:
Waterloo Road falls under Section 1 (CPMS 26608) of the South Express Major Cycle Route. Some segments of this section have been completed. The remaining works are scheduled to be split into four contracts to allow progress on the wider route while small sections are held up by external factors. Contingent on these external factors, the South Express Cycleway is expected to be completed by mid-2024.
