OFFICIA REQUEST FOR INFORMATION Queenstown District Court

C A Mattheiss made this Official Information request to Ministry of Justice

This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for C A Mattheiss to read recent responses and update the status.

From: C A Mattheiss

Dear Ministry of Justice,

I was required to be a defendant. This civil appointment was scheduled on Dec 12, 2022. I was unable to make this appointment due to health issues and being overseas. I sent in documents to postpone this appointment and also a request to dismiss case for significant errors and miscarriages of justice. I have not heard back from any administrator regarding this matter at the district court. My email accounts appear to have been blocked by the Queenstown District Court where the scheduled appointment was to be conducted. I created a new email account but no response has been made there yet.

I require to know the outcome of this case as soon as posable but no later than five working days as the matter is time sensitive. Please provide me an email address and name of who I can correspond with to find out information. If the scheduled appointment proceeded without me, I only have 21 days to file an appeal. I have not received any outcome notification and this matter is time sensitive.

Thank you.

Cordially,

C A Mattheiss
