Crown prosecutor fees

I Brown made this Official Information request to Ministry of Justice

Response to this request is long overdue. By law Ministry of Justice should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

Dear Ministry of Justice,

Please provide the following:

1. A copy of the Crown Solicitor Terms of Office current as at 1 January 2015 and 1 January 2020.
2. Copies of and and all documents setting out Crown Solicitor's fees and disbursement rates generally and for each category of prosecutor as existed the time (presently this is junior, intermediate, senior, and principal, but they may have been known by different terms previously) as at 1 January 1995, 2000, 2005, and 2010. Please ensure this covers both Crown prosecutions and prosecutions on instructions from departments, if those are different.
