please explain the reasoning of hiring peter beggs as Chief Executive of the rangitikei district council when he was fired from his last job at antartica nz a govt agency over unspecified serious misconduct and lapses in judgement after a six-week investigation.

what did peter beggs explain when being hired his reasoning for the serious misconduct sacking

does peter begg's have direct access to rangitikei district council funding accounts as he was accused of gross overspending at his last job

why has the rangitikei district council hires peter beggs when he was involved in a public scandal
