Reserves ex Taihape borough council

Dear Rangitikei District Council,
In 1989 Taihape Borough Council was merged into Rangitikei Dist Council
At that time Taihape Borough were carrying substantial financial reserves, but I am finding difficulty establishing those funds, funds on any balance sheets
Can you please confirm, and advise the current status of the Taihape Borough Council reserves absorbed into Rangitikei Dist Councils accounts
