the custom MBChB and BPharm admissions statistics requested and is not
required under the OIA to create these statistics. This constitutes a
refusal of your request under section 18(g) of the OIA. Had your request
not been refused on this ground, the University would have considered
refusing your request under section 18(h) on the basis that the
information requested was trivial and/or under section 9(2)(a) to protect
the privacy of the applicants.

 

You have the right to make a complaint to an Ombudsman if you are
dissatisfied with this response.

Dear University of Auckland,

I recently made a request which was mostly successful as per the link
below. If possible, I would like to ask some follow-up questions relating
to the information already provided since certain responses were withheld
due to privacy provisions.

Please provide the following information regarding domestic applicants to
the MBChB and BPharm program through the Graduate general admissions
category for 2022 entrance.

1) 30 offers for the MBChB program were made to general category graduate
applicants. 14 of these offers were made to students with a GPA between
8.75 and 9. I would like to know the UCAT and MMI scores for these 14
offers. Please note that they do not have to be shown in any specific
order or linked back to the successful GPA inorder to adhere to privacy
requirements.

2) 48 offers for the BPharm program were made to general category graduate
applicants. 18 of these offers were made to students with a GPA above 7.0.
I would like to know the MMI scores for these 18 offers. Once again,
please note that they do not have to be shown in any specific order or
linked back to the successful GPA inorder to adhere to privacy
requirements.
