Kia ora Chris

Thank you for your request for official information to Manatū Hauora
(Ministry of Health), received on 14 July 2022. You requested:

Please provide any and all memos (formal & informal), reports received,
emails received, text messages, correspondence between agencies that
directly relate to vaccine deaths including but not limited to deaths from
the vaccine, deaths under investigation, deaths that were unable to be
assessed due to insufficient information, deaths that were unlikely to be
associated with vaccine, sudden deaths, observed versus expected deaths,
increase in all course mortality, excess deaths, no. of autopsies,
recommendations against autopsies by CARM and / or individual doctors.

Please include all of the correspondence, with all of the agencies and
also external parties.  This is to include but not be limited to

Emails between agencies - CARM, Medsafe, MOH, Director General of Health,
DPMC, Pfizer representatives, Coroner, ACC, any specialist teams, PR,
media, MP's.  Please make sure any and all correspondence is to include
the words "compensation, payout" and similar.

Please include emails / letters to external personnel that were to NZDSOS
and or emails about NZDSOS, Guy Hatchard, BFD and others that have been
written to about their concern with vaccine deaths.

Can you please also provide all of the Post Marketing Information received
by MOH, Medsafe the Minister since the roll-out of the vaccine from
Pfizer.

Please provide the

Title of the Report - Date Received

Please include all of the information provided to your predecessor Mr
Hipkins, I want all of the information since the vaccine roll-out in New
Zealand.

Anything associated with vaccine deaths effectively.

We are contacting you in accordance with section 18B of the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act) as your request, as it is currently worded,
is for a very large volume of information. Your request may be refused
under section 18(f) of the Act as the information requested cannot be made
available without substantial collation or research.

Your request would require collating thousands of documents. A significant
portion of these are texts and emails, which also require individual
assessment of each piece of correspondence to discern its contents. This
would place an unreasonable degree of strain on the team responsible and
would interfere with the day-to-day workings of the Ministry. Therefore,
we suggest you limit your request to official correspondence within a
particular time period, such as memos, reports and briefings.

Please respond by 27 July 2022 so that we can consider your refinement in
our response to your request.

Please note, under section 15 of the Official Information Act 1982, any
clarification or amendments made to a request within seven days after the
date it is received, that request may be treated as a new request and the
time limit for the response restarts.

Under section 28(3) of the Act you have the right to ask the Ombudsman to
review any decisions made under this request. The Ombudsman may be
contacted by email at: [1][email address] or by calling 0800
802 602.

Dear OIA Requests,

Can you please provide all of this information from the dates
1/1/2022 until todays date so that I can go through all of that information
I also note there has recently been an update to the number of deaths recorded as "could not be assessed due to insufficient information"
Report dated 30 April 2022 had 48 deaths that could not be assessed due to insufficient information - it appears circa 20 of these deaths have been memory holed from the previous report?
Please provide all of the memos, reporting, process as to these deaths could not previously be assessed yet they have now jumped into the "unlikely related" category.
I am assuming autopsies were completed or something similar? What was the decision making process to do this?
The last couple of years have seen businesses destroyed whilst the public servants have continued to be paid.
How many employees are at the MOH?
I am a taxpayer who does really require all of the information I requested as part of my initial request, there are thousands of employees at MOH and a couple of adminstrators, maybe the vaccinators who probably aren't busy now could assist with collating all of this information.
I respectfully request all of the information and believe one of the thousands of public servants could easily put this together. The most transparent government in history would definitely provide this, I look forward to receiving an affirmative to either this recent request of more particularly my original request.

Yours sincerely,

Chris McCashin

Tçnâ koe Chris

Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the
Act) to Manatû Hauora (Ministry of Health) on 14 July for:

“Please provide any and all memos (formal & informal), reports received,

As you were advised on 22 July 2022, responding to your original request
would require substantial collation, which would unreasonably interfere
with the day-to-day workings of the Ministry.

Your refined request, received on 25 July 2022 is copied below and
responded to in turn.

Can you please provide all of this information from the dates 1/1/2022
until todays date so that I can go through all of that information

This part of your request is refused under section 18(f) of the Act as the
information requested cannot be made available without substantial
collation or research. Manatû Hauora remains open to responding to a
manageable request such as for official correspondence (i.e memos,
briefings and reports), in a particular time period, as you were advised
on 22 July 2022.

I also note there has recently been an update to the number of deaths
recorded as "could not be assessed due to insufficient information"
Report dated 30 April 2022 had 48 deaths that could not be assessed due to
insufficient information - it appears circa 20 of these deaths have been
memory holed from the previous report?
Please provide all of the memos, reporting, process as to these deaths
could not previously be assessed yet they have now jumped into the
"unlikely related" category.
I am assuming autopsies were completed or something similar? What was the
decision making process to do this?

This information has been provided to you on 9 August 2022 under
reference: H2022005652.

The last couple of years have seen businesses destroyed whilst the public
servants have continued to be paid.

How many employees are at the MOH?
I am a taxpayer who does really require all of the information I requested
as part of my initial request, there are thousands of employees at MOH and
a couple of adminstrators, maybe the vaccinators who probably aren't busy
now could assist with collating all of this information.
I respectfully request all of the information and believe one of the
thousands of public servants could easily put this together.

As of 30 June 2022, 862.82 FTE staff were employed by Manatû Hauora.

Under section 28(3) of the Act, you have the right to ask the Ombudsman to
review any decisions made under this request. The Ombudsman may be
contacted by email at: [1][email address] or by calling 0800
802 602.
