I kindly request meetings notes and any communications between the any of TCC CEO Marty Grenfell, TCC General Manager S&G Christine Jones, the commissioners and any representatives of Waikato University since 01 Jan 2021 relating to:

- the proposed reclassification or revocation of reserve status of land at Sulphur Point
- any assessment of alternatives sites or plans
