Dear Housing New Zealand Corporation,

I wish to request the following information under the OIA:

* The number of people receiving a Kiwisaver First home deposit subsidy per year for each of the last three years. If available, I would also like a breakdown within each year of the number receiving $3,000, $4,000, and $5,000.

I would prefer to receive an electronic response. Queries about this request will be automatically forwarded to me by the fyi.org.nz website.

With regards to s12 of the OIA, I am an NZ citizen and in NZ.

Thank you for your email requesting information under the Official Information Act 1982 relating to Kiwisaver First Home deposit subsidy.

You can expect to be notified of the decision on your request by 22 September 2014, being 20 working days after the day on which the request was received in accordance with section 15(1) of the Act. If an extension of time is required to make a decision you will be notified prior to the due date in accordance with section 15A of the Act.

We may also contact you if further clarification or refinement of your request is required to enable a decision to be made.
