Information Act 1982 (OIA), lists of persons on working groups or other
panels responsible for aircraft procurement decisions between August 2017
and current. Please list them by name, role/rank and if they declared any
conflicts of interest.

 

Your request has been transferred to the Ministry of Defence, as the
information you have requested is believed to be held by the Ministry. In
these circumstances, section 14 of the OIA requires your request to be
transferred.

 

You retain the right, under section 28(3) of the OIA, to ask an Ombudsman
to review the decision to transfer your request.
