Good afternoon,

 

Your request below has been considered in accordance with the Official
Information Act 1982 (OIA).

 

Items ONE and TWO will be released with the following information being
withheld:

·         Sensitive information related to capability, readiness and
operational personnel is withheld in accordance with section 6(a) of the
OIA.

·         Internal contact information is withheld in accordance with
section 9(2)(k) of the OIA to avoid malicious and inappropriate use of
staff information.

 

These items are undergoing final review ahead of release and it is
expected that they will be provided to you on or before Friday 23
September 2022.

 

Item THREE is withheld in full in accordance with sections 6(a) and 6(b)
of the OIA as it contains details on New Zealand Defence Force capability
and interaction with our international partners.

 

You have the right, under section 28(3) of the OIA, to ask an Ombudsman to
review this response to your request.
