Tçnâ koe Erika,

The Prime Minister Office has the transfer of your OIA request from the
Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet of 12 April 2022, requesting:

“[…] all emails from and to the following individuals  on all work domain
emails such as Auckland University , IMAC , WHO, CDC or any domain named
email which is used for working purpose no matter the role or title or
function performed by the same name.  This request is for all emails
between the Prime Minister and all her Cabinet staff to the following
academic individuals:

Nick Wilson

Shaun Hendy

Kate Hannah

Helen Petousis-Harris

The date range is from 1 Jan 2020 until 28th Mar 2022 (today when this
request is logged)”

Your request as it is currently framed will likely be refused under
section 18(f) of the OIA as it requires substantial collation and/or
research unless it is being refined.

We recommend that you refine the scope of your request to emails between
the Prime Minister to those individuals over a 6-month period.

Please let us know by close of play if you are prepared to amend your
request to the Prime Minister.

Dear J Ardern (MIN),

I disagree that this is "a substantial amount of work" . In the US, all the Fauci emails were released in an OIA.There were thousand pages of them, however the action to export emails is simple and it is one action with parameters to export a mailbox.

For example, in Microsoft Outlook, a mailbox can be exported with filters:
