Official Information Act request relating to Mrs Petousis-Harris attending MOH 
Governance Group meetings 
 
Thank you for your request made under the Official Information Act (the Act), received on 4 
April 2022. You requested: 
 
“I see in this OIA that Mrs Petousis-Harris is a member of a MoH governance group.

“Kindly explain how she attends these meetings in 2021 with no email correspondence 
from the Minister of Health or Ministry of Health staff? ” 
 
The Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet does not hold information relating to your 
request however, I believe such information is held by the  Ministry of Health. Accordingly, I 
have decided under section 14(b)(i) of the Act to transfer your request to the Ministry of Health.  
 
The Ministry of Health has the usual timeframes under the Act from receipt of this transfer to 
make a decision on your request.
