Kia ora Francis

We need a bit more time to work on your case.

We're still working on your case but its taking a bit longer than we
expected. We had hoped to tell you what we've found and what the next
steps are by 1/04/2022

The LGOIMA requires that we let you know our decision on your request no
later than 20 working days after the day we received your request.
Unfortunately, it won’t be possible to meet that time limit and we are
therefore letting you know of an extension of the time to make our
decision, to 14 April 2022.

This extension is necessary because consultations within Auckland
Transport are necessary to make a decision on your request. Therefore, a
proper response cannot reasonably be made within the original time limit.

Remember, if you need to provide us with more information or if you have
any questions, you can simply reply to this email leaving the subject line
as it is.
