I can see on 19 January 2020 you completed a notice of disposal (MR13A) to
remove the above vehicle from your name. This put the vehicle
‘unconfirmed’ in Monte Cecilia Housing Trust’s name.

 

Monte Cecilia Housing Trust still needs to complete the change of
registered person – buyer (MR13B) form to confirm they are the registered
company. Once they are the confirmed registered party, they can renew the
vehicle license (rego) or place on exemption to stop the registration from
being cancelled on 17 March 2022.

 

To list your company as the registered party for a vehicle, you’ll need to
complete the Change of registered person – buyer (MR13B form) at one of
our agents. If you’re a company, you can’t complete this transaction
online.

You’ll need to provide ID, which is either a copy of your Certificate of
Incorporation or an official Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency customer
number.

 

The fee is $9.00 (including GST).
