information under the Official Information Act 1982:

 

1.       Does the Corporation advise claimants, at time of making any
referral to a Contracted Provider, of Provider having what could be
subjectively a conflict of interest i.e. where the assessor is obligated
to advice Claimant, does the Corporation itself initiate such a disclosure
right from the outset

2.       With reference to the above. If not, why not
