Dear Accident Compensation Corporation,
please provide the following and noting information been requested refers to the years 1995 through to 2014:
1/ Guidelines provided to authorized Peer Reviewers to undertake such assessments
2/ Names of Peer Reviewers and their respective qualifications/scopes of practice at time of taking Peer Reviewer position at the Corporation
3/ per annum payments made to those in reference to above while acting in the capacity of Peer Reviewer only
