Dear Kawerau District Council,
As per my email to you dated 31/1/22:
What are the official vaccination figures for Kawerau district?
Who are you trying to protect by these mandates - what rationale is behind your decision to exclude unvaccinated - what data/science have you considered in the process of your decision-making?
How have you balanced your objectives against the unprecedented discrimination of healthy unvaccinated ratepayers?
What portion of rates is attributed to the supply and upkeep of Council Amenities that the mandates will deny unvaccinated ratepayers access to?
Is there an end date to the mandates? How will this end date be arrived at/decided upon and by whom?
What is the infection fatality rate for ages 0-17yrs 18-65yrs and 65+ in New Zealand AND globally for sars-cov2? (I will accept CDC data)
Has the Council or any individuals in the Council - whether staff or elected representatives received any financial incentive/koha for the use of Council premises for vaccination centres or for encouraging vaccine uptake - from Government or any other entity?
What has this financial incentive/koha been used for?
Please indicate which way each councilor voted on implementing the mandate?
How has the Council - as a PCBU - satisfied its requirement under section 83 of the Worksafe legislation - to ensure that the workplace and all protocols (specifically vaccination mandates for staff and all members of the public who use their amenities) represent zero risk to these staff and now - members of the public? Particularly in light of the Ministry of Health issuing a warning that Myocarditis is a rare but accepted adverse reaction to the Pfizer shot?
Please supply the latest Medsafe figures with respect to deaths and adverse reactions in New Zealand from the Pfizer injection and explain how this council can still mandate vaccination for the entire community?
Has the death rate in the Kawerau District - from all causes - risen since the vaccination drive began in New Zealand?
