Dear Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment,

I’m Rahul

I have applied my SMC in July 2019

My case officer was assigned in January 2021 and my application was sent to SAT in March 2021, they asked for documents in June 2021 and from that time till now there is no update, not even a single call or email from SAT, is there anything happening or they are just holding applications randomly, how
Much more time they need to process , it’s been more than a year my SMC is with my case officer, what is actually happening no body is helping or telling anything , no time frame no update nothing, is 1 year less to process one file ???

I also applied my RV 2021 in first week of December

And again they have sent my file to SAT I mean again it was going to wait then why I need to apply the RV2021, there is nothing I can do ??? Whom
Should I talk to ???
There is no one who is there to answer me ??
No one telling what is actually happening !!

What should I do ??

It’s been more than 30 months now , it’s been a very stressful time for me now,
