Dear Ministry of Justice,

Now that we know that the experimental gene therapy that the government has forced on innocent Kiwis can actually kill you as per the people in New Zealand that have died from this experiment including the 13 year old at the end of 2021 I have the following questions for Ministry of Justice

- Are vaccinators required to warn people that they could potentially die from the experimental gene therapy
- If the vaccinator does not warn the person could they be held legally liable
- If a vaccinator injects a child (or anybody for that matter) as will be happening from the 17th January what legal recourse does the victims family have if that person was to die
- How will the victims family hold the person responsible accountable
- Could a civil action be taken against the vaccinator

Dear Astrid,

Patent no. US10,703,789B2 appears very much to be gene editing/therapy.
Lets not have this double speak at MOJ as well.
I require a correct answer to my OIA.

The young healthy person that died and the 13 year old that died and is
under investigation.  What legal recourse is available.  Who is liable?

- Is it the person who injected the vaccine
- Is it the head of Medsafe
- Is it the doctors who signed off this gene therapy
- Is it the Health Minister
- Is it the Covid Minister
- Is it the PM

Who can be held accountable and what legal recourse is available - or is
the Ministry of Justice able to pursue legal recourse on behalf of these
people that sadly died and confirmed dead from the vaccine.

Please advise.
