Quantifiable Benefits of Gene Therapy

Chuck Schooner (Account suspended) made this Official Information request to Ministry of Health

Response to this request is long overdue. By law Ministry of Health should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

From: Chuck Schooner (Account suspended)

Dear Ministry of Health,

Given the experimental gene therapy/vaccine does not prevent a person from getting Covid-19 or transmitting the virus please provide any and all documentation that confirms how

The Ministry of Health determine if the gene therapy is doing anything?
How does the Ministry of Health measure the results of this gene therapy?
What are the measurable benefits of this gene therapy and how are these determined?

The costs of the gene therapy are easily determined with over 130,000 reactions including death, abortion, heart conditions, potential future fertility problems for the innocent, strokes, paralysis. Please note vaccine adverse reactions are normally under reported by a multiple of four so I expect these numbers to be significantly higher. These are also short term so the long term could be even worse. There could be millions of people in New Zealand with long term health problems including our most vulnerable.

Please provide all benefits of this gene therapy and how they have been measured?

Yours faithfully,

Chuck Schooner

Dear OIA Requests,

Unfortunately this has not answered the question. I don't want to know about the safety and efficacy I want to know how the benefits of the gene therapy are being measured. How does the average New Zealander know that the vaccine is working and how is the Ministry of Health measuring this and what reporting is completed to measure the effectiveness.

Please respond properly

How does the Ministry of Health determine if the gene therapy is working and what reporting is completed showing that the vaccine is working. Please provide all of the reporting as to how the Ministry of Health is quantifying the amount of lives the vaccine has saved.
If the above is not being done then how is the Ministry of Health measuring performance?
Has the Ministry of Health relied on Pfizer assurances alone that the therapy works?
I want Ministry of Health data and reporting that shows what the vaccine is achieving.
As previously alluded to there is reporting on vaccine injuries but how does the Ministry of Health itself measure vaccine success?
Can the Ministry of Health determine how many lives it has saved? Please provide the reporting that shows this. I understand all cause mortality is up so please provide the number of lives the vaccine has saved. If the Ministry of Health can't determine this then why not?
How does the Ministry of Health measure the results of this gene therapy?
What are the measurable benefits of this gene therapy and how are these determined?

I want all reporting completed by Ministry of Health that reports back showing the benefits of this vaccine as per the Ministry of Health's own dataset.

Please respond immediately - it isn't enough to say this therapy is safe and effective - I want data and numbers from the New Zealand population that is highly vaccinated showing how many lives have been saved, how the MOH is monitoring how effective it is and any and all reporting that shows a return on investment of the $365m that has been given to this company that says their product works yet it won't stop you getting the virus or transmitting the virus.

As a citizen when will I know the vaccine is working and how are the Ministry of Health measuring this?

For example - how many lives has it saved versus the number of people that have died

If the Ministry of Health does not have this information then why not.
Are you deliberately not measuring this because it might be that more lives have been lost than saved since the roll out.

Yours sincerely,

Chuck Schooner

Kia ora Chuck
As you have been advised many times, the Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine is not
gene therapy. Therefore, the Ministry is refusing your request in full
under section 18(h) of the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) on the
grounds that it is vexatious.
Under section 28(3) of the Act you have the right to ask the Ombudsman to
review any decisions made under this request. The Ombudsman may be
contacted by email at: [1][email address] or by calling 0800
