Dear Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand/Michael Wood

Are you able to confirm if the Civil Aviation Authority has completed any due diligence surrounding the licensing of pilots following the mass roll out of the Experimental Gene Therapy (Covid-19) vaccine.

Are you able to provide me with any and all communications/correspondence that the Civil Aviation Authority has completed in assessing the safety of the experimental gene therapy and any agencies be it the Ministry of Health, Office of the Prime Minister of any agencies and the dates associated.

Along with that and given the government is the main shareholder in Air New Zealand are you able to provide the following information

- Have Air New Zealand mandated the gene therapy for their pilots
- What proportion of Air New Zealand pilots have been fully vaccinated

Are you able to confirm as the science evolves in relation to the experimental gene therapy that the Civil Aviation Authority will continue to monitor pilots and their ability to meet safety standards associated with the Medical Certificate Application Form.

Is the Civil Aviation Authority in receipt of this? If not you are now.

Based on the ten pages of serious side effects that are listed in this document would a pilot be able to pass a medical because the gene therapy is shown to list the following as serious side effects

- Embolism & thrombosis
- Cardiac
- Heart attack
- Seizures
- Neurological and more

All of these side effects occurred in the short term - so to me that would mean that all of these sudden events could occur at anytime and especially given the booster roll out.

Given this now known information this would mean any and all pilots would not be able to pass a medical would it not because they are now suddenly susceptible to these side effects at anytime? I would note there is currently a phenomenon of high level athletes dropping dead from sudden events so this could happen to pilots with a full plane of people. Please note this also serves as a warning when the inevitable occurs which if you do your research plane crashes have become a lot more common in the USA a highly vaccinated country.

Who would be liable if an Air New Zealand plane with a load of passengers came down? The government or Civil Aviation Authority for licensing the pilot now that they are aware of this information.

Dear Bridgette Chisnall/David Harrison,

Thanks for your response, I suggest you begin to start watching things quite closely. Just this month and as a practical example a fleet driver for Move Logistics in a 50 tonne truck was forced off the road in the south island with heart palpitations and is in hospital. That could be quite dangerous couldn't it?
Also note the number of single person crashes just January 2022 below, there seem to be an awful lot of them in one month. Coincidence?

- 19 Jan car crashes into Coromandel sea
- 15 Jan one person dies Amodeo Bay
- 17 January one person dies single crash SH6 Wanaka
- 17 January one person dies single crash
- 4 January one person dead single car crash
- 10 January one person dead in single car crash Mangakino
- 15 January one person dead hitting tree Waerenga

Further follow up can you please provide the CAA reporting for this crash. As part of the reporting can you confirm if a sudden event happened with this pilot? If a sudden event isn’t investigated why not?
I understand the pilot was very experienced and widely respected. Can you also confirm vaccination status.

The fatal accident that you refer to is currently under investigation by the Civil Aviation Authority. As a part of all investigation processes, the investigator in charge will review medical and pathological evidence. As the investigation is still ongoing, your request for information is refused in accordance with s 6(c) of the Official Information Act 1982, as the release of information would be likely to prejudice the maintenance of the law, including the prevention, investigation, and detection of offences, and the right to a fair trial.

Furthermore, the vaccination status of the pilot is private medical information. As such, this element of your request is refused in accordance with s 9(2)(a) to protect the privacy of natural persons, including that of deceased natural persons.

You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this decision. Information about how to make a complaint is available at www.ombudsman.parliament.nz or freephone 0800 802 602.

Michael Wood might also want to start assessing sudden events of all the individual car crashes that are occurring, couple that with all the other crashes and fully investigate sudden events.

Rather than slowing down drivers and destroying productivity he might want to assess the risk of vaccinated drivers now on New Zealand roads.

I will continue to update you and prove when I have concrete proof that this is happening. But organizations like yourself could be honest whistleblowers as this stuff becomes more prevalent. Be brave like some of the honest ambulance officers now speaking out that our media continue to try and hide.
