Can i get cctv video 155 puhinui traffic light camera, I have got back neck injury and back bone injury

Dear Auckland Transport,

Today, some hit and run at puhinui rd papatotoe, i was unconscious ambulance given me First-aid after that i was fine

But i found one cctv photos but i can't see rego,, but i got time was 16:45 13-12-2021

Accident place was 180 puhinui rd and that person escape to 155 puhinui (lambi drive) with broken front bumper hatchback silver car

So please provide me 16:45 13-12-2021 to 16:50 13-12-2021 video (5mints video) from 155 puhinui rd papatotoe, there is cctv camera at traffic lights
I have got back neck injury and back bone injury,,, i have a police report also, but police haven got information yet,

I’ve attached the official information you asked for

On 13 December 2021 you asked for CCTV footage around 155 Puhinui Road
from 13 December from 16.45 to 16.50.

 

I'm so sorry to hear about your incident.

 

Footage has been saved from the CCTV camera in the area (see image below),
specific to your request. I am unable to confirm if the incident has been
captured in the footage.
 
When a CCTV request is received, we try to protect the privacy of other
people captured in the footage. When an incident occurs where the Police
are involved or likely to be involved, our usual steps are to provide this
footage directly to the Police as to not interfere with any current
investigations.

Please contact the New Zealand Police with the case number and they can
request this footage from us. We will release this to them.

 

 

Should you believe that we have not dealt with your request appropriately,
you are able to make a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman in
accordance with section 27(3) of the LGOIMA Act and seek an investigation
and review in regard to this matter. You can contact the Ombudsman at
