Subject: Official Information request - National Resurgence Response Plan for COVID-19

Dear Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet,

This is a follow up request to my request of 15 February, which received a reply from your agency earlier today:

Your response today was a copy of the COVID-19 National Resurgence Response Plan version 1.0, dated December 2020.

The plan has gone through updates since then, as referred to in the DPMC Annual Report:

"...the National Resurgence Plan, which was used successfully in response to the February 2021 resurgence, and updated at the end of April and June 2021 to reflect recent developments..."

I would like to make a request for copies of:

1) The "end of April" version of the Plan referred to above
2) The June version of the Plan referred to above
3) The current version of the Plan

I am hopeful that I won't have to go through so much trouble with this request as I did with the last one. I take it that you backed down and eventually released the version 1.0 Plan largely intact as you knew the ongoing Ombudsman's investigation into your initial blanket refusal would inevitably have an adverse outcome. Any undue delays or blanket refusals in your response to this request will immediately be sent to Ombudsman's office for review.
