Dear Scott,

 

As requested, please find attached a copy of the COVID-19 National
Resurgence Response Plan version 1.0. Some information in this document
has been withheld under the following sections of the Official Information
Act 1982 (the Act):

o section 9(2)(a), to protect privacy;
o section 9(2)(b)(ii), to protect information that would be likely
unreasonably to prejudice a commercial position
o section 9(2)(ba)(i), to protect the supply of similar information in
the future;
o section 9(2)(c), to protect the health or safety of members of the
public;
o section 9(2)(f)(iv), to maintain the confidentiality of advice
tendered by or to Ministers and officials; and
o section 9(2)(h), to maintain legal professional privilege.

 

No public interest in releasing the withheld information has been
identified that would be sufficient to override the reasons for
withholding it.

 

I remind you of your right to ask the Ombudsman to investigate and review
this decision under section 28(3) of the Act.
