As a member of Spokes Dunedin I recently attended a meeting about the Harbour Arterial Improvements Project and understand that it would be informative to be able to read the following documents associated with this project.
Please may I have access to the following documents
1) The external independent safety audit report relating to stage 1
2) Business Case (Stages 1,2,3,4)

Please find attached the documents as requested. However, Appendix F has
been withheld pursuant to section 7(2)(b)(ii) in that the release of the
information would be likely unreasonably to prejudice the commercial
position of the person who supplied or who is the subject of the
information.
